Barangay Cabilang Baybay is an urban barangay in the municipality of Carmona in Cavite, Philippines. It is situated in the northern part of the municipality, about one kilometer from the town proper of Carmona. According to the 2010 Census, it has a population of 6,344 people in a land area of .〔〔

It is bounded to the east by the Barangay Maduya and a small portion of the city of Biñan, Laguna; by the municipality of General Mariano Alvarez (GMA) to the north and northwest; by Poblacion 8 to the southeast; and by Barangay Mabuhay to the south and southwest.
With a total land area of , Cabilang Baybay occupies 10.2% of the total land area of Carmona at .〔 Carmona represents 2.17% of the total land area of Cavite province.
